Rise up to home with Century 21 South Africa

Category General News

Big or small, there's no place like home. The very word strikes a chord deep in your soul. And it conjures up some of your favourite memories. Look back to the delicious smells wafting from your mum's kitchen, the sight of children playing in the yard, and the laughter and jokes around the braai stand. Century 21 South Africa explores the importance of home sweet home and shines a spotlight on our new campaign to recognise your home-seeking goals.

The importance of home

Your home is more than an address or four walls and a roof. And there are so many reasons to appreciate your shelter:

  • Home is your sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
  • Home is the place to raise your family.
  • Home is your space to work, play, study, and just be.
  • Home allows you to decorate and reflect your personality.
  • Home is a status symbol, showing off your hard work.

"There's no doubt having a home - no matter what shape or form - is important to create memories not only for your family but for yourself," affirms Dylan Prentis, Century 21 South Africa's National Marketing Manager. "It's a place that you can come back to after a long day of work to kick off your shoes and recharge yourself, a safe haven for you - your own space. Your castle so to speak!"

Rise Up, To Home campaign

To create the castle of your dreams takes motivation. In response, Century 21 South Africa launched an exciting campaign this year, "Rise Up, To Home". Prentis says the campaign has drawn inspiration from all the challenges potential buyers and renters have faced in the current property market. And focused on the positives of getting on the property hunt.

"The campaign was created specifically to target people looking to make a difference in their life. Through COVID-19 and other life-changing events that have happened over the last couple of years, people have changed their mindsets about owning properties.

"So, our focus with the campaign is to show people the important things that come with property: growing your family, making happy memories, and creating a proud legacy for your future - and it all starts at home."

The Rise Up, To Home campaign is hitting multiple platforms with a moving message about finding the perfect home that fits your needs. It has a presence across Century 21 South Africa's social media platforms, and TV and radio adverts. You may have also seen banner adverts on Private Property and Property24 as you scrolled through listings.

How you can rise up to home

According to Prentis, rising up to home is more than just buying or renting a house. It's a philosophy that speaks to finding what's best for you.

"It's about realising what is important to you as a person, to make your life better for yourselves and the people that you care about the most in life. So, rise up to make a difference in your life."

To help you make it happen, Prentis advises getting in touch with your local property practitioner at a Century 21 South Africa branch. Besides having access to training, a global network, and top tech tools, these property practitioners are rising up with a people-first approach.

"Their focus has changed slightly to create an emotional draw to a home. It's less "businesslike" and more focused on what you, as a client, really need in your home. They're looking at the bigger picture to see how to get the home of your dreams and your future," says Prentis.

Rise up to home today

You're reading this right now because you have home firmly in mind. You need a space that will help you get from A to B in your life. The good news, points out Prentis, is that you can do it with the help of Century 21 South Africa.

"With our campaign, Century 21 South Africa is on a mission to empower you. We're giving you the tools to see into the future of a home that is available and set you on a path to a brighter future. Now it's time to rise up and take the next step."
