As part of our quest to always better ourselves, we built a word cloud, a visual representations of words we gathered from our Agents at Century 21 South Africa.
The exercise was simple and straight forward, submit one word that describes the Century 21 South Africa culture. If a picture is worth a thousand words, this particular image shows more than thousands of sentences ever could.

Your true organizational culture shows up in the everyday interactions of your people — regardless of whether they align with the company stated values. It’s about how we collaborate and give each other feedback. It’s how we support one another in our growth and learning. It’s how we show appreciation. Culture is not event driven, it’s about the people.
Today, we continue to be the leading multinational real estate company in the world. But that doesn’t mean we’ve grown careless or complacent. Instead, our growth and the changes we’re witnessing in our industry have inspired us to adapt, to transform and to pioneer a new era.
Yes, it’s about providing exceptional service. And it’s about doing our work with honesty and integrity and about always being accountable – to our customers, our industry and to ourselves. But there’s more to what makes Century 21 what it is.
We’re also obsessed with being better. We’re restless and curious; we’re ambitious and tenacious. We’re disruptors and innovators; we’re the right kind of troublemakers.
Just a note: The word “Innovative” was produced the most out of our group, and we are damn proud of it! Innovation is what keeps us one step ahead of our competitors.
