Mary-Ann Lamprecht

With over two decades in the real estate industry, my journey began in 2003 when I entered the field straight out of school. Starting as a receptionist, I quickly discovered a deep passion for the dynamic world of property, a passion that has only grown stronger with time.

Through dedication, continuous learning, and hands-on experience, I progressed from office manager to Director and Operations Manager, and today I am proud to serve as a Partner in our business. I have successfully completed my NQF Level 4 and NQF Level 5 qualifications in Real Estate, equipping me with the knowledge and leadership skills to guide both clients and our team with confidence and professionalism.

Real estate is more than a career for me, it’s an industry I genuinely love. I am passionate about creating structured, efficient systems within our business while ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Outside of work, I am a devoted mom to my beautiful daughter. I treasure time with my family, feel most at peace near the ocean, and love expressing my creative side through crafting.
