Century21's Prestigious 2016 Pearl Awards to be held in Cape Town

For 2016, our prestigious Century 21 Pearl Awards will be combined with our “Capture Perfection” Convention and will be held in Cape Town on the 14th to 16th September.
The Century 21 Pearl Awards function is a highlight of our calendar year and it is the time we celebrate our top achievers for the previous financial year. This annual awards and recognition program include various categories and climaxes with the announcement of our “Agent of the Year” and our “Franchisee of the Year”.
The Pearl Awards is a unique recognition system that runs throughout the year where agents are awarded Oyster Points on a quarterly basis for their achievements and ultimately, at the end of the year, we discover which Oysters have in fact produced a Pearl.
Harry Nicolaides, CEO of Century 21 says, “The Pearl Awards program is in fact the group’s total measurement or barometer of success and achievements for the year and, under my watch, it will always remain the group’s most important annual event.
