In addition, there is a large double garage, swimming pool, a beautiful established garden which is under automatic irrigation. There is a borehole with pump that yields 12,000L/hr and is purified by a filter system and can be stored in a 5,000L covered tank.

There is currently a large pottery studio that is big enough to also incorporate an exhibition and retail area.

There are currently over 22,000 olive trees ranging from Mission, Coratina, Kalamata, and Frantoio. They yield 25 to 30 tons per year and an average yield of approximately 5,000L oil.

There is an olive processing and bottling facility. The equipment includes a 250kg/hr Mori olive press, a cold room with storage capacity of 9,000L, plus all harvesting implements and packing equipment, a John Deere tractor and trailer, 1000L pressure fan sprayer plus hand sprayers, bottler and vacuum packer plus more.

There are only 2 workers and they live off site, and during harvest time labourers work on a contract basis which is usually March till mid July. After the crops has been harvested, leaf samples are taken annually and sent for analysis, and soil samples are taken every 3 years for analysis. These results are given to experts who determine best fertilizer and foliar feeding.

The entire orchard is irrigated by an automatic drip system which applies both water and fertilizer as needed. A computer system takes moisture readings to control the water application. The farm is irrigated from a 6,000 cubic meter reservoir which is supplied from Grobbelaars River scheme. To date there has been sufficient water to continue irrigating during droughts. 3-Phase power is supplied by the local municipality and the also installed a single-phase solar power system connected to the grid to supply residents and help buffer against loadshedding.
