Trees are irrigated though a dripper system once a week.
There is ablution at the dam with a shower and toilet for camping purposes. Fish species was also introduced to the dam; Carp, Tilapia, Catfish and Bass.
There is also a rich bird life population at the dam.

Fencing:
Electric fencing around the orchards, rest of the farm is game fenced.

Game:
Some game species have been introduced on the farm to utilize mountainous areas. Kudu, Blue Wilde Beest, Impala, Zebra, Common, Duiker, Klipspringer, Warthog and a large population of Bushbuck.

General:
Due to the different varieties of trees, oranges are delivered to the market throughout most of the year. The farm is situated +-15km tar road from Bela Bela on the ALMA road with +-2km of dirt road.
