Century 21 Mandela Bay participated in this years Homemakers Fair Expo which ran from 30 September to 3 October at the Moffat –on-Main Lifestyle Centre. This prestige event featured 210 exhibitors and attracted more than 14 000 visitors, providing an excellent opportunity for a broad cross section of potential clients to meet Century 21 Port Elizabeth face-to-face. In addition to explaining the benefits of using the Century 21 system that spans 39 years in Real Estate, across a breadth of 7700 offices, increasing our visibility and building the Century 21 brand, visitors to our stand were invited to complete a Customer Service Survey aimed at helping us to get to grips with what great service means to our clients,’ said Lynda de Wet, Principal of Century 21 Mandela Bay. We wanted to hear from the public about their needs, so we can ultimately give them what they are looking for in a Real Estate Agent. Completing the Customer Service Survey put members of the public in line to win a delicious hamper of goodies. Pictured with Mrs Mimi Rupp, winner of the hamper, is PE agent Keith Oliver whose friendliness and enthusiasm won the admiration of many visitors to the stand. ‘Overall, the Expo was an overwhelmingly positive exercise and we certainly look forward to making this an annual event,’ Lynda said.
