Century 21 South Africa has been negotiating over a period of a year with various interested prospective franchisees to represent the brand in the Sandton and surrounding areas. This area is arguably the most important metropol in South Africa from a property perspective and as such, our selection process was meticulous, thorough and extensive. Amongst others, the criteria we used to award the franchise to a franchisee included experience and historical performance in the area, exceptional conduct, local market perception of the operator and their existing business, attitude towards the industry, passion and the ambition to become a relevant market leader in the area.
 
We are proud to announce that Richter Properties, represented by Trevor Richter, has been awarded the Sandton “mega” franchise. Richter Properties will be rebranded Century 21 Sandton & Surrounds effective 1^st February 2012 and the territory includes all the suburbs south of Bryanston, north Parktown, west of the M1 Freeway and east of Randburg.
 
Richter Properties was established by Joan and Raymond Richter in 1997 with a staff compliment of only two people. Proir to that Joan Richter was the sales director for AIDA Real Estate. With Joan at the helm and together with her son Trevor, Richter Properties has over the last 14 years established itself as a leading name in the property industry. It has found favour and accolades amongst not only the high nett worth clients in the area but also all who reside or wish to reside in the Sandton and surrounding areas. This has been achieved by Richter Properties  providing an ethical, professional and enthusiastic service to all clients regardless of their income group and allowing their estate agents to handle all property transactions regardless of the price class.
