Our newest franchisee, Andrew Nkomo, whose territory includes Silverton and parts of Mamelodi, will complement our Lynwood and Centurion offices in Pretoria. At the same time we have received interest for the Menlyn and the “old east” areas and we are inviting interested parties for the Moot and Montana areas.
Silverton and surrounds is an important node in Pretoria due to its proximity to industrial nodes and highways and the Silverton CBD is represented by all the national retail brands. It also emphasises our brand strategy of Century 21 being represented in all communities across all the economic and geographical divides in South Africa.
Andrew has been in the industry for some time now and the conversion to the Century 21 system is going to compliment his existing team of experienced agents and will assist him to recruit, train and retain even more to this brand which is a global phenomenon. His cheerful personality combined with his knowledge and work ethic made him an obvious choice for us.
