oobainsure now offers Rent Protector insurance that protects landlords and tenants against all the risks associated with residential letting. Rent Protector offers an online tenant vetting and “zero deposit” product that allows landlords to manage their property in an efficient, cost effective manner.
Qualifying criteria:
Rent Protector is only available for tenants who pass our credit criteria and when the lease is for a minimum period of 12 months.
