Get daily doses of insight
The Go 21 Coaching Programme is set over 40 days where every new property professional receives a daily email (weekends excluded) with the specific topic for the day. "In other words, it is a daily self-study programme," says Thomas. "The property professional who is serious about his or her career will use the information to enhance their skills and become a better salesperson."
On day one the property professional will get an email with the topic "Effective Planning and Action". They will then also be required to determine what their Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is for the next 12 months. At the end of the Go 21 Coaching Programme, the property professional will need to submit their completed WIG Workbook to Century 21 University and their principal. The aim of this is to give every new property professional a clearly planned course of action including strategies and tactics on how to achieve their WIG while having a productive career.
